The company aims to become a globally influential financial services platform by prioritizing user experience, driving innovation, and continually enriching its products and services for investors, companies, and the wider industry.Role Description The Branch Associate (Investment Brokerage) is a full-time, on-site role based in Singapore, supporting branch operations and client-facing activities. This role involves assisting clients with account opening, trade execution inquiries, and product information across equities, derivatives, and other investment products. The Branch Associate will handle daily operational tasks such as documentation verification, compliance checks, and coordination with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly and accurately. The role includes providing high-quality customer service at the branch, guiding clients on the use of the moomoo platform, and helping them navigate digital tools and features. The Branch Associate will also support promotional activities, educational initiatives, and branch events to enhance client engagement and contribute to business growth.Qualifications Strong foundation in Finance and Investments, with the ability to understand brokerage products and market dynamics.Proficiency in Financial Modeling and Analytical Skills to interpret data, support client inquiries, and contribute to internal reporting.Experience with Due Diligence processes, including documentation checks and adherence to regulatory and compliance requirements.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction, relationship building, and cross-functional collaboration.Customer service orientation, with the ability to handle queries in a fast-paced environment and provide clear, accurate information.Comfort with digital platforms and tools; ability to guide clients through app functions and online processes.Diploma or degree in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field; relevant industry certifications (e.g., CMFAS) are an advantage.Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple tasks while maintaining high standards of accuracy and integrity.
