Branch Coordinator

Job SummaryWe are looking for an organized and proactive Branch Coordinator to coordinate and monitor operations across multiple branches. The role involves maintaining communication between different branches, management, counsellors, admissions, and visa teams to ensure consistent processes, performance, and service standards.Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily operations and activities across multiple branches. Act as a communication link between branches and head office/management. Support and monitor counsellors, admissions, and visa teams across different locations. Monitor branch performance, targets, staff attendance, and daily activities. Ensure consistent implementation of company SOPs and operational procedures across branches. Monitor student enquiries, follow-ups, applications, and case progress. Identify operational issues at different branches and coordinate timely solutions. Maintain accurate CRM records and branch performance data. Conduct regular communication and coordination with branch teams. Prepare daily/weekly/monthly reports covering multiple branches. Support management in improving branch performance and customer service. Assist with staff meetings, training, seminars, and company events when required. RequirementsRequirements Bachelor's degree preferred. 4–5 years of relevant experience in education consultancy, study visa, admissions, or multi-branch operations. Experience working with a UK-based or Australia-based education/study visa company is highly preferred. Experience coordinating or managing multiple branches/locations. Strong communication, coordination, and leadership skills. Good command of English. Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM and MS Office. Ability to travel between branches when required. Preferred CandidateCandidates with direct experience in a UK or Australia-based education/study visa organization and experience coordinating multiple branches or locations will be given preference.
