We’re Hiring | Branch Customer Support SpecialistTracking.me is looking for a Branch Customer Support to join our team across multiple cities in Saudi Arabia.If you enjoy working with customers, explaining technology, and solving day-to-day problems, this could be a great opportunity for you.What you’ll do:* Welcome customers and understand their requirements.* Help customers with registration, activation, and onboarding.* Guide customers on our mobile app and web platform.* Explain GPS trackers, dashcams, alerts, reports, and related services.* Assist with basic device setup and troubleshooting.* Handle customer inquiries, renewals, and follow-ups.* Coordinate with technical and installation teams when needed.* Support branch sales by explaining suitable products and services.* Make sure customers have a smooth experience at the branch.What we’re looking for:* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.* Prior experience in a tracking company, GPS tracking, fleet management, telematics, or a related industry is preferred.* Experience in customer service, retail, sales, telecom, electronics, or technology is a plus.* Good communication and problem-solving skills.* Comfortable using mobile apps, web platforms, and basic computer systems.* Ability to explain technical information in a simple way.* Arabic and English communication skills are preferred.* Valid Saudi driving licence is a plus.
