Responsibilities

Conduct market research and analyse local market trends to identify opportunities for branch growth.Develop and execute sales and demand-generation strategies to drive business growth.Oversee day-to-day branch operations and monitor key performance metrics.Identify skill gaps and support training initiatives to enhance team capabilities.Build and maintain strong relationships with drivers, partners, customers, and cross-functional teams.Monitor branch performance and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and revenue.Support the branch team to achieve business and operational targets.Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Transport and Logistics, Business Management, or a related fieldMinimum 1 year of relevant experience in a business development or related roleExcellent communication skillsProven track record of driving sales and revenue growthProficiency in data analysis and performance monitoringAbility to work collaboratively in a dynamic, cross-functional environmentShould be residing in or around the Kurunagala areaHow to ApplyIf you are ready to shape the future of mobility tech, please send your updated CV to:📧 careers@pickme.lk
