Applicants joining Blacktail Energy Holdings contribute directly to advancing clean, dependable energy solutions.Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role responsible for leading branch operations and ensuring efficient delivery of geothermal equipment and services. This role oversees daily operational activities, including scheduling, resource allocation, inventory management, and coordination of field service teams. The Branch Manager manages local staff, supports hiring and training, and promotes a safe, inclusive work environment. The position also drives customer relationships, monitors project progress, and collaborates with sales and engineering teams to meet performance and revenue targets. The Branch Manager will ensure branch compliance with company policies, financial objectives, and quality standards, while continuously improving local processes and service levels.QualificationsDemonstrated experience in branch, operations, or facility management, preferably in energy, industrial services, or related sectors.Strong leadership abilities, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.Proficiency in planning, scheduling, and coordinating projects, with solid organizational and time-management skills.Experience with budget oversight, basic financial reporting, and operational cost control.Ability to build and maintain customer relationships, handle escalations, and support business development efforts.Working knowledge of industrial or energy sector safety standards and a commitment to workplace health and safety.Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across cross-functional teams.Comfort with using office productivity tools and basic ERP or CRM systems to manage operations and customer data.Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations management, or a related field is preferred; equivalent experience considered.Experience or strong interest in geothermal, renewable energy, or power generation projects is a plus.
