Our mission is to deliver exceptional patient care while maintaining the highest standards of quality, safety, and patient experience.Job Summary The Branch Manager is responsible for leading the branch's operational, clinical, and business performance, ensuring the achievement of branch targets while maintaining excellence in patient care, medical quality, and team performance.Key Responsibilities• Ensure high levels of patient satisfaction and exceptional patient experience.• Improve conversion rates of new patients into active treatment cases.• Oversee medical quality standards and clinical compliance.• Ensure full implementation of infection control policies and procedures.• Monitor treatment plan completion and patient follow-up.• Maintain staff discipline and adherence to company policies and standards.• Lead onboarding, training, and development of new team members.• Handle patient complaints and resolve escalated issues professionally.• Lead and motivate medical and administrative teams to achieve branch objectives.• Monitor branch performance indicators and drive continuous improvement initiatives.• Optimize operational costs and minimize waste while maintaining quality standards.Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Dentistry (Dental Graduate is a must).MBA or postgraduate studies in Management are a plus.Strong medical knowledge combined with business acumen. Proven managerial and leadership skills.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.•Ability to manage difficult situations and handle angry customers professionally. Good command of English (written and spoken).
