Role DescriptionThe Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role, responsible for overseeing daily operations of the pharmacy branch. The role includes managing pharmacy staff, scheduling shifts, and ensuring efficient workflow and high-quality customer service.The Branch Manager will monitor inventory levels, coordinate with suppliers, and ensure proper storage and handling of medications and products. This role also involves ensuring adherence to all pharmaceutical regulations, company policies, and health and safety standards.The Branch Manager will track branch performance, analyze sales and profitability, implement improvement plans, and support training and development of team members to maintain excellent service standards.QualificationsProven experience in pharmacy management, retail management, or a similar supervisory role.Strong leadership, team management, and people development skills.Excellent customer service orientation and conflict resolution abilities.Solid understanding of pharmacy operations, inventory control, and basic financial reporting.Knowledge of relevant pharmaceutical regulations, dispensing standards, and quality procedures.Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills.Effective communication skills in both written and spoken formats.Bachelor’s degree in PharmacyValid professional license where applicable is an advantage.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.Previous experience in community or retail pharmacy within Egypt is a plus.
