Job description:We’re Hiring: Branch Manager | DOTS CaféAt Trace Hospitality and DOTS Café (Details of the Service), we’re a growing F&B concept in Abu Dhabi specializing in food truck operations, restaurant management, and catering services across the UAE.We’re looking for a hands-on and driven Branch Manager to lead one of our food truck operations and drive performance, team engagement, and customer experience.Role OverviewAs a Branch Manager, you will oversee the full day-to-day operations of the branch — ensuring smooth service, strong team performance, and consistent delivery of our brand standards.Key ResponsibilitiesManage daily operations of the food truck/branchLead, train, and motivate the team (FOH & BOH)Ensure high standards of customer service and product qualityMonitor sales, performance, and cost controlHandle scheduling, manpower planning, and attendanceEnsure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and company policiesManage stock levels, ordering, and inventory controlHandle customer feedback and resolve issues professionallyCoordinate with Head Office on reporting and operational needsRequirements3–5 years experience in F&B operations, preferably in a managerial role and FOOD TRUCK EXPERIENCEStrong leadership and team management skillsAbility to work in a fast-paced environmentGood communication and problem-solving skillsKnowledge of food safety and operational standardsPositive, proactive, and results-driven mindsetJob DetailsLocation: Abu Dhabi, UAEEmployment Type: Full-timeMust be able to commute or relocate before joining and willing reassignment on branchesIf you’re ready to lead from the front and grow with a fast-paced brand, we’d love to hear from you.Apply now!
