This role includes managing staff scheduling and performance, supervising front-of-house and service activities, and maintaining high standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance. The Branch Manager monitors financial performance, supports budgeting and cost control, and implements initiatives to increase revenue and customer loyalty. The Branch Manager is expected to lead by example, foster a positive team culture, and ensure the branch operates efficiently and consistently with company policies.QualificationsExperience in branch, store, or Service Advisor, including staff supervision and day-to-day coordination.Strong customer service and communication skills, with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and build long-term relationships.Competence in basic financial administration, such as monitoring revenue, costs, stock, and preparing operational reports.Solid organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and maintain high standards under pressure.Knowledge of health, safety, and compliance requirements relevant to hospitality or motorist service environments.Proficiency with common office software and point-of-sale or booking systems; ability to learn new digital tools as needed.Previous experience in retail, automotive services, or a similar customer-facing environment is highly beneficial.Relevant vocational training or education in business, automotive management, or a related field is an advantage.
