Branch Manager

BRANCH MANAGER – RIYADH 🇸🇦Transit Tours & Travel is looking for an experienced and results-driven Branch Manager to lead our Riyadh branch and oversee its sales, operations, and business development activities.Key Responsibilities:Manage the overall day-to-day operations of the Riyadh branch.Lead and develop the sales and reservations team.Drive revenue growth and achieve monthly and annual sales targets.Develop new Corporate, B2B and B2C business opportunities.Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, travel partners, hotels, airlines, and suppliers.Supervise flight, hotel, holiday, visa, cruise, and travel service operations.Monitor branch performance, productivity, customer service standards, and profitability.Identify new opportunities within the Saudi travel and tourism market.Ensure smooth coordination with the company's management and other regional offices.Requirements:Proven experience in the Travel & Tourism industry.Previous experience in a managerial or senior leadership position within a travel agency or tourism company.Strong knowledge of the Saudi travel market.Strong sales, business development, and team management skills.Experience in Corporate Travel, B2B and B2C sales.Good knowledge of airline reservation systems and travel operations; Amadeus experience.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.Fluent in Arabic and English.Based in Riyadh .What We Offer:Competitive salary package.Attractive incentives based on performance.Career growth within an established regional travel company.Professional and dynamic working environment.📍 Location: Riyadh, Saudi ArabiaIf you have the experience, leadership skills, and ambition to grow a successful travel business in the Saudi market, we would like to hear from you.Please send your CV with the subject: hr@transittravel.com“Branch Manager – Riyadh”
