قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجPosition: Branch Manager, Credit UnionLocation: East San DiegoPay Rate: $70k - $80k, $33/hr- 38/hrHours: Monday - Friday 8am - 5pm Credit Union Branch ManagerThe Credit Union Branch Manager oversees the daily operations a local credit union branch, ensuring exceptional member service, financial performance, regulatory compliance, and staff development. This role leads and coaches branch employees, drives sales and member growth initiatives, manages operational risk, and ensures adherence to credit union policies and procedures. The Branch Manager builds strong relationships with members and the local community while fostering a positive, team-oriented work environment to achieve organizational goals. We are a lean organization known for our high tenure and ability to support team members. Key Responsibilities:Manage day-to-day branch operations and performance.Lead, coach, and develop branch staff.Deliver outstanding member service and resolve complex member issues.Promote credit union products and services to meet growth objectives.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and audit standards.Monitor branch financial results and operational efficiency.Build community relationships and support business development efforts.Qualifications:High School Diploma or equivalentBachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.Banking or Credit union leadership experience.Strong leadership, communication, and sales skills.Knowledge of financial products, regulations, and branch operations.Proven ability to drive results while maintaining a member-focused culture.
