Originating from Tirunelveli and known for its iconic Tirunelveli Halwa, the brand now offers a wide range of traditional sweets, snacks, meals, and beverages. Aaladipattiyan serves more than 40,000 cups of filter coffee daily, positioning itself as one of the largest filter coffee brands in the region. The company is committed to quality, consistency, and memorable customer experiences, and is actively expanding into national and international markets including Dubai, Malaysia, Singapore, the US, and the UK.Role Description The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day operations of the Aaladipattiyan Sweet & Snacks outlet in Chengalpattu in a full-time, on-site capacity. Responsibilities include managing staff schedules and performance, ensuring product quality and hygiene standards, and maintaining excellent customer service. The role involves monitoring sales, managing inventory and procurement, and implementing promotional activities to drive revenue and footfall. The Branch Manager will handle cash management, basic financial reporting, and compliance with company policies and local regulations, while fostering a positive, efficient work environment.Qualifications Strong team leadership and people management skills, with experience in supervising staff in retail, F&B, or hospitality.Operational management abilities, including inventory control, vendor coordination, and adherence to quality and hygiene standards.Customer service and communication skills to handle guest interactions, feedback, and issue resolution professionally.Basic financial and administrative skills, such as cash handling, daily sales reporting, and record-keeping.Ability to work on-site in a fast-paced environment, with flexibility to work weekends and peak business hours.Prior experience as a branch manager, store manager, or similar role in food service or retail is preferred.Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality management, or a related field is an advantage but not mandatory.Proficiency in local languages (such as Tamil) and working knowledge of English, along with familiarity with basic computer applications.
