Branch Manager

Job Description:This role is to be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day business performance of the branch including, but not limited to, supervising and driving sales, and build long-lasting customer relationship. Further, s/he will be required to maintain a team spirit (motivation) of branch including motivation, counselling, training, coaching/mentoring, in addition to driving deposit-related KPIs.Location:Peam RoDuties and Responsibilities:Effectively communicate branch and individual sales target and KPIs to sales team.Design and implement a strategic business plan to growth number of customers and balance.Tracking daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly sales performance and provide necessary support as need.Overseeing the activities and performance of both sales team and provide ongoing support and guidance.Improve sales team performance through motivation, counseling, training and coaching.Build and promote strong and long-lasting customer relationship by supporting and understanding their need.Lead and manage the sale team to achieve the growth and hit sale targets.Ensure all sell staffs meet/exceed customer expectations through a superior customer service.Ensure the accuracies of the services and information provided to customers.Closely control on staff leave to ensure branch have enough staff to support customers.Ensure all policies and procedures are followed by sale teams.Ensure the properly check and verify of all customers before onboarding.Keep up to date of all new Memo and implementation to staff and ensure they are aware and comply.Control on daily account opening files and ensure the completeness and accuracy of all account files.Daily control on pending files, pending approval and pending specimen upload and take immediate actions to fix it.Work closely with Quality Control and Retail Banking team to update customers profile and other required information and data as per business need.Ensure all account files and other documents are properly filling and storing within guidelines and procedure.Skills and Specifications:Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, Finance and Banking or Accounting field;Minimum three years of working experiences Financial and Banking industry.Organizational and time management skills.Ability to work effectively in a team environment.Sound sales and target oriented.Sound communication, negotiation, and relationship skills.Sound written and verbal communication skills.Experience in managing a teamwork and portfolio of retails customers.High degree of self-motivation and excellent interpersonal skills.How to apply:Interested and qualified applicants should submit your updated Cover Letter and CV stating the position applied for with your current photo (4x6)
