This position oversees daily branch operations, including sales and customer success process, inventory management, coordination with construction and logistics teams. The Branch Manager leads and develops branch staff, sets performance expectations, and provides coaching to ensure strong customer service and operational efficiency. The role includes business development and monitoring KPIs such as revenue, margins, and on-time delivery. QualificationsStrong leadership skills, including team supervision, performance management, and staff development.Proficiency in customer relationship management, with the ability to collaborate effectively with contractors, builders, suppliers, and internal stakeholders.Solid organizational and planning skills, including inventory control, scheduling, and workflow optimization.Comfort with using business software such as CRM systems, ERP platforms, and basic office productivity tools.Ability to analyze branch performance metrics and implement data-driven improvements.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
