Team members join a growing network focused on innovation, patient satisfaction, and professional excellence.Role Description The Branch Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bishah, responsible for overseeing daily operations and performance of the clinic branch. This role includes managing staff schedules, supervising front-desk and clinical support teams, and ensuring efficient patient flow throughout the day. The Branch Manager monitors service quality, implements company policies, and coordinates with senior management on operational goals, budget adherence, and promotional activities. Key tasks involve handling patient inquiries and escalations, maintaining facility standards, reviewing operational reports, and supporting local marketing initiatives and community outreach. The Branch Manager also focuses on team development, performance feedback, and fostering a professional, patient-centered environment.Qualifications Strong leadership and people management skills, including experience supervising multidisciplinary teams and supporting staff development.Operational management abilities in healthcare or service-oriented environments, covering scheduling, workflow optimization, and resource planning.Proficiency in customer service and patient experience management, with a focus on resolving issues and maintaining high satisfaction levels.Business and financial acumen, including familiarity with budgeting, basic financial reporting, and performance metrics.Effective communication and interpersonal skills in en_US (and Arabic is highly beneficial), with the ability to collaborate across clinical and administrative functions.Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and the capacity to make sound decisions under pressure.Experience in dental or dermatology clinics, or broader healthcare management, is preferred.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field is advantageous; equivalent practical experience will be considered.Comfort with using clinic management software and common office applications, and willingness to learn new systems.
