The role focuses on drivingbranch growth through business development, partnerships, referrals, and local marketinginitiatives while ensuring efficient operations, quality customer service, achievement oftargets, and compliance with company policies. The position will also coordinate closely withHead Office and other branches to implement organizational strategies and business plans.Key Responsibilities ∙Develop and implement business development plans to achieve growth and revenuetargets.∙Manage day-to-day branch operations and ensure efficient delivery of services.∙Lead and supervise branch staff, including work allocation, coaching, motivation, andperformance monitoring.∙Support recruitment, onboarding, training, and performance evaluation of branchemployees in coordination with HR.∙Develop and maintain relationships with schools, colleges, referral partners,community organizations, and other key stakeholders.∙Conduct regular stakeholder and referral visits to generate leads and strengthenpartnerships.∙Plan and implement local marketing, promotional, event, and demand-generationactivities in coordination with the Head Office team.∙Monitor local market trends, customer needs, competitor activities, and new businessopportunities.∙Ensure quality customer service, client satisfaction, and timely resolution ofcomplaints or concerns.∙Monitor branch budget, expenses, resources, and financial requirements incoordination with Finance.∙Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, quality standards, andapplicable requirements.∙Ensure all client enquiries, interactions, follow-ups, and relevant activities areaccurately and timely recorded in CRM.∙Monitor branch performance and submit regular reports on business development,sales, conversion, staff performance, and operational matters.∙Coordinate with Head Office and other branches for networking, strategyimplementation, and sharing of business opportunities.∙Maintain a professional, respectful, inclusive, and productive workplace.∙Provide emergency operational support when reasonably requiredKnowledge, Skills and Abilities ∙Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, or a related field with 3–5years of relevant experience in branch management, business development, sales,marketing, or education consultancy.∙Strong knowledge of branch operations, business development, sales, marketing,customer service, and stakeholder management.∙Strong leadership, team management, communication, negotiation, networking, andproblem-solving skills.∙Ability to develop and execute business growth and local marketing strategies.∙Ability to manage targets, budgets, staff performance, and operational priorities.∙Proficiency in CRM system and business reporting.∙Strong accountability, professionalism, integrity, customer focus, and ability to workunder pressure.∙Ability to use digital and AI productivity tools effectively.Benefits ∙Competitive Salary, not a bar for deserving candidates.∙Performance-based incentives, where applicable.∙Lunch Allowance and SSF Benefits∙Professional and friendly working environment.∙Learning, training, and career growth opportunities.
