Branch Manager - Exchange & Remittance

قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجWe are looking for experienced Branch Managers to manage the daily operations of our exchange branches across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for achieving business targets, ensuring excellent customer service, managing branch employees, and maintaining full compliance with company policies and UAE regulatory requirements.Key ResponsibilitiesManage the branch’s daily foreign currency exchange and remittance operations.Achieve assigned sales, revenue, and transaction-volume targets.Ensure high standards of customer service and resolve escalated customer concerns.Supervise, coach, and manage branch employees to maintain strong performance.Ensure compliance with AML, KYC, sanctions-screening, and other regulatory requirements.Monitor cash positions, foreign currencies, vault balances, and daily reconciliations.Maintain accurate transaction records and ensure timely submission of branch reports.Implement internal controls and address audit or compliance observations.Promote the company’s products and services and identify local business opportunities.Ensure the branch follows all operational, security, and health and safety procedures.RequirementsMinimum 5 years of relevant experience in foreign currency exchange and remittance operations is mandatory.Previous experience as a Branch Manager, Assistant Branch Manager, or in a similar supervisory role within a UAE exchange company is strongly preferred.Good knowledge of foreign currency exchange, remittance products, AML, KYC, and regulatory requirements.Proven ability to manage branch operations and achieve business targets.Strong leadership, customer-service, communication, and problem-solving skills.Ability to manage cash operations accurately and responsibly.Good command of English; additional languages will be an advantage.Willingness to work at different branch locations across the UAE.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays when required.
