We're Hiring: Branch Manager – JubailThe Arabian Security & Safety Services Company (AMNCO) is seeking an experienced and commercially driven Branch Manager to lead our newly established branch in Jubail, Saudi Arabia, and support the company's continued expansion across the Eastern Province.The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and representing AMNCO's presence in Jubail, developing strong relationships with potential clients, identifying new projects and market opportunities, and expanding the company's customer base across the region.
Location: Jubail, Saudi ArabiaKey ResponsibilitiesManage and represent AMNCO's Jubail branch and support the company's expansion across the Eastern Province.Identify and pursue new projects and commercial opportunities in Jubail and surrounding areas.Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.Build a strong network with industrial companies, major contractors, government entities, developers, and other key organizations in the region.Actively promote AMNCO's services, including Security Guarding and Physical Security Systems & Solutions.Conduct regular client visits, meetings, presentations, and follow-ups.Identify upcoming projects, tenders, and potential opportunities at an early stage and coordinate internally to pursue them.Develop a strong pipeline of potential projects and customers and follow opportunities through to contract award.Coordinate with AMNCO's technical, operational, commercial, and tendering teams to prepare proposals and respond to client requirements.Monitor market developments, major projects, competitor activities, and investment opportunities across Jubail and the Eastern Province.Represent AMNCO at relevant industry events, exhibitions, networking activities, and business forums.Provide regular reports on client engagements, potential projects, market opportunities, and branch performance.Ensure the Jubail branch operates effectively and in accordance with AMNCO's policies and objectives.Qualifications & ExperienceBachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum 5–7 years of relevant experience in branch management, sales, client relations, project acquisition, or a similar commercial role.Strong knowledge of the Jubail and Eastern Province market.An established customer portfolio and professional network in the Eastern Province is highly preferred.Previous experience in security services, physical security systems, facilities management, industrial services, contracting, or related B2B sectors is preferred.Proven ability to establish client relationships, identify projects, and generate new commercial opportunities.Experience dealing with major industrial companies, contractors, government entities, and large corporate clients is an advantage.Strong communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship-management skills.Ability to work independently and take ownership of expanding the company's presence in the region.Fluency in Arabic and good command of English.Valid Saudi driving license and willingness to travel throughout the Eastern Province.What We're Looking ForWe are looking for a commercially driven, well-connected, proactive, and results-oriented individual who can strengthen AMNCO's presence in Jubail and the Eastern Province.The ideal candidate should be comfortable spending significant time in the market, meeting clients, building relationships, identifying upcoming projects, tracking opportunities, and opening new doors for AMNCO.Candidates with an existing customer portfolio and strong professional relationships in Jubail and the wider Eastern Province will have a distinct advantage.
