Branch Manager (Outside Valley)

Sales & Business DevelopmentDevelop and execute branch sales plans aligned with organizational objectives.Drive achievement of branch sales, revenue, and business KPIs.Analyze local markets, identify growth opportunities, and monitor competitor activities.Plan and execute local sales and marketing initiatives to increase market penetration and brand visibility.Lead, coach, and monitor the sales team to maximize productivity and performance.Provide regular reports and insights on market trends, opportunities, and business performance.2. Customer Experience & RetentionEnsure customer complaints and service issues are resolved within defined ETR/SLA.Monitor customer churn and implement effective retention strategies.Drive customer satisfaction, referrals, and customer loyalty initiatives.Work closely with relevant departments to improve overall customer experience.3. Branch Operations & AdministrationEnsure smooth and efficient day-to-day branch operations.Monitor branch inventory, logistics, and stock reconciliation between physical inventory and system records.Ensure proper utilization, storage, and maintenance of branch assets and equipment.Coordinate with the Central Store for stock requirements, replacements, and damaged-item returns.Monitor branch vehicle utilization, maintenance, movement, and fuel consumption.Ensure timely deposit and proper control of branch collections and funds.4. People Management & DevelopmentRecruit, onboard, coach, and develop junior-level branch employees in coordination with HR.Set clear performance expectations and monitor individual and team KPIs.Address employee grievances and maintain a positive working environment.Develop and retain high-performing employees while minimizing staff turnover.Monitor staff attendance, movement, and productivity through available systems.Build a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement.5.
