Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Branch Manager (Pharmacist) located in Cairo, Egypt. The Branch Manager will oversee day-to-day pharmacy operations, manage inventory, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and deliver exceptional customer service. Responsibilities also include mentoring and supervising the team, implementing sales strategies, and maintaining professional relationships with customers and suppliers. Qualifications Strong pharmacy knowledge, including medication safety and healthcare complianceTeam leadership, staff mentoring, and conflict resolution skillsCustomer service expertise and the ability to build strong client relationshipsInventory management and organizational skillsStrategic thinking and problem-solving abilitiesBachelor's degree in Pharmacy or equivalent qualificationFluency in English and Arabic is preferablePrevious experience in a managerial or supervisory role within a pharmacy setting is a plus
