Joining Abo Ali Pharmacies means contributing to the advancement of pharmacy standards in a supportive and growth-oriented environment.Role DescriptionThe Branch Manager (Pharmacist) is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of a pharmacy branch in 6th of October, ensuring safe, accurate, and efficient dispensing of medications and pharmaceutical products. This full-time, on-site role includes supervising and scheduling staff, supporting their development, and fostering a collaborative work environment. The role involves providing professional counseling to customers on prescriptions and over-the-counter medications, promoting rational drug use, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. The Branch Manager monitors inventory levels, manages ordering and stock rotation, and oversees the storage and handling of medications in line with regulatory and company standards. They also ensure compliance with all legal, ethical, and quality requirements, handle branch reporting, support sales targets, and coordinate with head office on operational and promotional activities. Qualifications Licensed Pharmacist with a Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (or equivalent) and eligibility to practice in the relevant jurisdiction.Proven experience in community pharmacy practice, including dispensing, medication counseling, and pharmacovigilance.Demonstrated branch or team leadership experience, including staff supervision, coaching, and performance monitoring.Strong customer service orientation with the ability to handle inquiries, resolve issues, and maintain a welcoming environment.Solid knowledge of pharmacy regulations, prescription validation, controlled drugs handling, and quality assurance procedures.Competence in inventory management, including stock control, expiration follow-up, ordering, and loss prevention.Good communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues, physicians, and suppliers.Organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail and accurate documentation practices.Basic proficiency in pharmacy management systems and common office software tools.Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to support branch operations.
