This position involves managing staff, monitoring performance, planning and executing sales initiatives, and maintaining high standards of customer service. The Branch Manager will handle budgeting, reporting, and compliance with company policies, as well as resolve operational issues and support continuous process improvements. The role also requires building relationships with local clients, identifying new business opportunities, and coordinating with senior management to align branch goals with overall company objectives.Qualifications Proven experience in branch management, operations management, or a similar leadership role.Strong skills in team leadership, staff supervision, and performance management.Ability to drive sales activities, develop local business opportunities, and achieve revenue targets.Proficiency in basic financial oversight, including budgeting, expense control, and reporting.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers, staff, and senior management.Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational abilities.Comfort with using standard office software and digital tools for reporting and coordination.Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or a related field preferred; relevant experience may be considered in place of formal education.Knowledge of the local Rewa market and ability to work on-site at the Rewa branch.
