Branch Manager - Scaffolding - NewcastleTo manage, control and lead all aspects of the new Newcastle businessRole & ResponsibilitiesAccountability for the Operational, Commercial, Business Development and Financial delivery of the branch in line with the UK Business Plan.Deliver Revenue and Profit in line with the Branch BudgetFull P&L accountability Ensuring that the Branch operates in compliance with relevant regulations, legislations and company processes, policies and best practicesDevelop hire and sales customers and margins in line with the budget and business planMonitor labour allocationEffectively lead and manage all staffEssentialsPrevious experience in Branch Management within the scaffolding/construction industryIn depth knowledge of the scaffolding business and able to demonstrate previous hands-on experience.Experience in managing a large, complex, labour intensive, customer-facing operationExperience of successfully running a large profit and loss trading statement
