Operations & Sales Manager | Northern DelawareA well-established organization is seeking an experienced Operations & Sales Manager for an opportunity in Northern Delaware. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can effectively lead a team, oversee daily operations, build strong customer relationships, and take ownership of the continued success of an established location.The ideal candidate is a strong leader who is equally comfortable coaching employees, working directly with customers, solving operational challenges, and stepping in wherever needed to keep the business moving.Key Responsibilities:Lead, coach, and develop a local teamOversee day-to-day operations and promote accountability and consistencySupport sales activities and customer relationshipsCoordinate orders, inventory, shipments, and logisticsMaintain accurate information within the company’s ERP systemWork closely with sales and company leadershipIdentify and resolve operational challengesLead by example and provide hands-on support when neededQualifications:Proven leadership experience in operations, distribution, industrial, construction-related, or a similar environmentSales and customer service experienceStrong operational and problem-solving skillsExperience working with ERP softwareAbility to lead, motivate, and hold a team accountableComfortable in an environment where team members wear multiple hatsSelf-motivated, adaptable, and able to work with a high level of independence and ownershipThe successful candidate will be a visible, hands-on leader who understands that strong leadership means being willing to step in and support the team when needed.Compensation: $75,000–$85,000 base salary plus incentives and bonuses📍 Northern DelawareQualified candidates are encouraged to apply for confidential consideration.
