Job DetailsOccupation : Branch Restaurant ManagerPlacement Country : KuwaitBenefitsAccomodation is coveredTransportation is coveredJob DescriptionManage overall daily operations and performance of the assigned restaurant branch.Lead and supervise staff, including scheduling, training, attendance, and performance.Ensure sales targets, service quality, food quality, and customer satisfaction are achieved.Ensure compliance with SOPs, food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.Control cash, POS, stock, food costs, and wastage.Monitor equipment, maintenance, and overall branch readiness.Identify operational issues, take corrective action, and report critical issues to the Area Manager.Prepare regular branch performance reports.Requirements3–5 years of relevant experience in QSR operations.Experience with McDonald’s, KFC, Domino’s, Pizza Hut, or equivalent QSR brands is preferred.Basic English communication skills.Must not have previous work experience in Kuwait.
