Branch Supervisor

WE’RE HIRING: Branch Supervisor - DubaiFurless Permanent is looking for an experienced Branch Supervisor to lead the daily operations of the branch.We’re looking for someone with strong leadership skills, a customer-focused mindset, and experience in the beauty, wellness, or medical aesthetics industry who can drive team performance, sales, operational excellence, and an exceptional client experience.Key Responsibilities- Oversee day-to-day branch operations and ensure smooth service delivery- Manage staff schedules, attendance, and daily team performance- Lead, coach, and motivate therapists and support staff- Drive branch sales, revenue targets, and client retention- Maintain high standards of customer service and handle client concerns professionally- Monitor appointments and optimize schedules to maximize branch productivity- Oversee inventory, stock levels, and consumables- Ensure compliance with DHA, hygiene, health, and safety requirements- Monitor client feedback and Google reviews and implement improvements where needed- Track branch KPIs, revenue, productivity, and operational performance-Coordinate with HR, Finance, Operations, and other departments as requiredRequirements- Minimum 3–5 years of supervisory experience within a beauty, wellness, salon, or medical aesthetics environment- Strong leadership and people-management skills- Good understanding of DHA requirements and hygiene standards- Strong sales and customer service background- Confident in handling team performance, client concerns, and day-to-day operational challenges.- Experience with scheduling and CRM systems- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills📍 Location: Dubai🕒 Schedule: 48 hours per week over 5 days💼 Compensation: Competitive salary + performance-based incentivesIf you have the experience and leadership skills to successfully manage a high-performing branch, we’d love to hear from you.Please send your updated CV to careers@furlesspermanent.com with the subject line:Application - Branch Supervisor (Dubai)#Hiring #NowHiring #DubaiJobs #UAEJobs #BranchSupervisor #BeautyJobs #WellnessJobs #AestheticsJobs #BeautyIndustry #MedicalAesthetics #SalonJobs #OperationsManagement #TeamLeadership #CustomerExperience #SalesJobs #FurlessPermanent #CareersInDubai
