قدّم وتابع مع أبلاي إيدجCompany: Zeez International Group Location: Dubai, UAEPosition Type: Full-TimeJob Summary We are looking for a strong, hands-on Station In-Charge / Branch Supervisor to manage the day-to-day operations of a high-volume automotive service centre in Dubai.The ideal candidate must be capable of managing approximately 50 staff, maintaining smooth vehicle flow, handling customers, monitoring sales and inventory, allocating staff duties, and ensuring the station achieves its daily operational and sales targets.This is a floor-based operational role, not a desk job. The candidate should be confident managing a large workforce, resolving issues immediately, dealing with customers professionally, and maintaining discipline and productivity throughout the station.Candidates with experience in automotive service centres, car washes, workshops, fuel stations, facilities operations, construction site supervision or other high-workforce operational environments will be considered.Key Responsibilities Station OperationsTake complete responsibility for the day-to-day running of the branch.Ensure all service areas operate smoothly and efficiently.Conduct regular rounds and actively supervise station operations.Coordinate with Management, Operations, HR, Procurement and other departments when required.Staff & Duty ManagementManage, supervise and coordinate approximately 50 employees.Prepare daily duty allocations, shifts, breaks and manpower deployment.Allocate staff according to customer and vehicle volume.Monitor attendance, punctuality, discipline, grooming and productivity.Ensure staff are properly utilised during both peak and non-peak periods.Monitor individual and team performance and take corrective action where required.Vehicle Flow & Customer ServiceManage daily vehicle movement and queue flow throughout the station.Avoid unnecessary waiting times and congestion.Ensure customers are attended to quickly and professionally.Handle customer enquiries, complaints and escalations.Ensure completed vehicles are handed over promptly.Maintain a high standard of overall customer experience.Sales & RevenueTake responsibility for achieving and improving daily and monthly sales targets.Monitor sales performance throughout the day.Encourage staff to upsell and cross-sell relevant products and services.Identify opportunities to increase branch revenue.Identify reasons for low sales and take corrective measures.Work with Management on promotions and initiatives to improve branch performance.Inventory & Stock ControlRegularly monitor inventory and fast-moving items.Ensure required products are always available and customers are not turned away due to stock shortages.Monitor consumption, wastage and stock discrepancies.Coordinate with Procurement/Inventory for timely replenishment.Supervise periodic physical stock checks.Quality, Safety & MaintenanceEnsure services are completed according to company standards.Conduct random quality checks on completed vehicles.Maintain high standards of cleanliness and workplace discipline.Ensure staff follow HSE requirements and use appropriate PPE.Report equipment faults, maintenance requirements and safety concerns immediately.Ensure tools, machinery and station assets are properly maintained.Candidate Requirements Minimum 2–3 years of supervisory or operations experience preferred.Experience managing 30–50+ employees is highly preferred.Experience in automotive services, car wash, detailing, workshops, fuel stations, facilities management or similar operations is an advantage.Construction Site Supervisors / Site In-Charges are also encouraged to apply, provided they have strong experience managing large teams, allocating manpower and handling daily site operations.Must be hands-on and willing to remain actively involved on the operations floor.Key Performance Indicators: Performance will be measured based on:Daily and monthly sales achievementBranch revenue growthNumber of vehicles servicedCustomer waiting time and vehicle flowCustomer satisfaction and complaintsStaff productivity and disciplineInventory availability and stock controlQuality of servicesReduction in wastage and operational errorsOverall station cleanliness and operational standards
