Brand Ambassador

We are looking for a presentable and customer-focused Brand Ambassador to represent a leading perfume brand in Al Ahsa. The role will focus on delivering an excellent customer experience, promoting the brand and its fragrance collection, and achieving store sales targets.Location: Al Ahsa, Saudi Arabia Nationality: Saudi National Industry: Luxury Retail / Perfumes & Fragrances Position: Brand AmbassadorKey ResponsibilitiesWelcome customers and provide a high-quality retail experience.Understand customers’ preferences and recommend suitable perfumes and fragrance products.Present and demonstrate products while explaining fragrance notes, features, and benefits.Represent the brand professionally and maintain its image and standards.Achieve individual and store sales targets and KPIs.Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat purchases.Support product displays, merchandising, stock checks, and store presentation.Stay updated on new launches, promotions, and the brand’s product portfolio.Coordinate with the store team to ensure smooth daily operations.RequirementsSaudi National – MandatoryBased in Al Ahsa or willing to work there.Previous experience in perfume, beauty, cosmetics, luxury retail, fashion, or customer-facing retail sales is highly preferred.Passion for perfumes, fragrances, beauty, and luxury products.Preferred profile: Saudi candidates with 6–12+ months of retail sales experience, particularly within perfume, cosmetics, beauty, or luxury brands.
