We help businesses hire the right talent and improve workforce performance.Role Description To execute trade marketing, brand visibility, consumer activation and digital x BTL initiatives that strengthen brand presence, improve execution excellence and support the achievement of the company’s strategic objectives.ResponsibilitiesTrade Marketing & Visibility: Execute permanent branding, merchandising, and POSM deployment across priority retail and on-trade outlets. Consumer & Trade Activations: Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and promoters for flawless execution of consumer promotions and spot activations. GTM & Product Launches: Drive go-to-market (GTM) execution and rollout timelines for new product launches. Vendor & Asset Management: Oversee fabrication, POSM inventory, and quality standards with external printers, fabricators, and agencies. Market Intelligence & ROI: Conduct market audits, track competitor activations, and evaluate campaign effectiveness through ROI dashboards. QualificationsProven experience in trade marketing, BTL activations, or brand management (preferably in FMCG/Beverages). Strong track record of agency/vendor management and cross-functional coordination. Solid analytical skills to monitor campaigns, POSM inventories, and trade visibility metrics. Excellent execution capabilities with a high attention to detail.
