We are seeking a highly strategic Head of Culinary Operations who is equal parts culinary visionary and operational turnaround expert to lead our kitchen operations.Role OverviewThe Brand & Business Development Coordinator is responsible for coordinating the execution of brand development initiatives while supporting the company's business growth and expansion objectives. The role ensures that brand identity, operational standards, and project requirements are consistently implemented across all locations, while also assisting with new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, and expansion projects.Acting as a central point of coordination, the role works closely with internal departments, suppliers, landlords, consultants, and external stakeholders to ensure branding projects, branch development initiatives, and business development activities are delivered efficiently, on time, within budget, and in line with the Group's strategic objectives.The successful candidate is expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously, maintain exceptional organizational standards, proactively identify opportunities for improvement, and contribute to building scalable processes that support the continued growth of the Group's F&B brands.Key Responsibilities·      Coordinate brand development projects from planning through execution, ensuring timely completion and effective stakeholder communication. ·      Maintain brand consistency by coordinating the implementation of brand standards, visual identity, and operational guidelines across all locations. ·      Liaise with suppliers, contractors, and service providers to obtain quotations, monitor deliverables, and ensure quality and timely execution. ·      Coordinate the production, delivery, and installation of branding materials, signage, packaging, and marketing assets. ·      Collaborate with Operations, Marketing, Procurement, Finance, and external partners to support project execution and business objectives. ·      Assist in organizing brand activations, promotional campaigns, events, and new store launches. ·      Support business development initiatives by coordinating proposals, presentations, market research, partnership activities, and lead tracking. ·      Monitor project progress, maintain accurate documentation, and prepare regular reports for management.  Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge:Bachelor's or associate degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, Project Management, Hospitality or a related field.Minimum Experience:Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in project coordination, marketing, store development, retail operations, or a similar role. Experience in the food & beverage (F&B), retail, hospitality, or customer-oriented industry. Familiarity with procurement processes, quotation management, and project documentation.
