This role will partner closely with creative leadership and cross-functional teams to translate brand strategy into cohesive visual systems, campaign assets, and scalable design solutions that strengthen brand recognition and engagement.The ideal candidate combines strong conceptual thinking with exceptional design execution, bringing the ability to develop brand identities, apply visual systems across multiple touchpoints, and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced creative environment.The BasicsSchedule: Full-time, 40 hours per weekDuration: 6 mos assignment
Brand Identity & Visual System DesignStrong experience developing and applying brand identities, visual systems, and design guidelinesAbility to translate brand strategy into compelling creative executions across multiple channelsPortfolio demonstrating successful brand-building work and cohesive design thinking2. Multi-Channel Design ExpertiseExperience creating assets for packaging, digital, retail, marketing, and promotional environmentsAbility to adapt visual concepts effectively across various formats while maintaining brand consistencyStrong understanding of design principles including typography, hierarchy, color, composition, and visual storytelling3. Collaboration & Communication SkillsProven ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams in fast-paced environmentsStrong presentation skills with the ability to explain design rationale and incorporate feedback effectivelyAbility to manage priorities, iterate quickly, and maintain high creative standardsOther QualificationsProfessional experience in brand design, graphic design, visual design, or a related creative disciplineStrong portfolio showcasing brand systems and multi-channel executionProficiency with industry-standard design software and creative toolsExperience preparing files and assets for production across print and digital environmentsStrong attention to detail and commitment to qualityAbility to balance creativity with brand standards and business objectivesExperience working within established brand guidelines while contributing fresh creative ideasStrong organizational and project management skillsAbility to perform effectively in collaborative, deadline-driven environmentsIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
