Job Title - Group Marketing & Brand DirectorLocation - DubaiRole - A leading premium perfume brand is seeking an experienced Group Marketing & Brand Director to lead the overall brand and marketing strategy across the Group. The role focuses on strengthening brand positioning, driving international market expansion, accelerating digital and performance marketing, and delivering exceptional consumer experiences across retail, e-commerce, and omnichannel platforms.Key Responsibilities -• Develop and execute the global brand and marketing strategy.• Strengthen brand positioning and communication across markets.• Lead international marketing and market expansion.• Drive performance marketing across digital channels.• Oversee digital marketing and e-commerce growth.• Lead creative and brand teams.• Develop integrated online and offline campaigns.• Enhance customer experience across all channels.• Use market insights to strengthen brand performance.• Manage marketing budget and ROI.• Track key marketing KPIs.• Collaborate with Sales, Product, Retail, E-commerce and Operations.• Manage agencies, influencers and media partners.• Lead and mentor the marketing team.Requirements -• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Branding or related field.• MBA/Master's preferred. • 12–18+ years' experience with 5+ years in senior leadership.• Expertise in Brand Strategy, International Marketing, Performance Marketing, Digital Marketing and Consumer Experience.• Experience in luxury, perfume, beauty, cosmetics, fashion, retail or premium consumer goods preferred.• Proven success with international brand campaigns.• Strong knowledge of CRM, analytics, marketing automation and e-commerce.• Excellent leadership, budgeting and stakeholder management skills.
