Analyse consumer insights, data, and market trends to identify growth opportunities. Work with Product, CRM, and Category teams to improve customer experience and conversion. Coordinate marketing campaigns and creative activities across digital and other channels. Qualifications: 3+ years of marketing experience in GCC startups, FMCG, e-commerce, or high-growth consumer brands.Strong digital-first brand-building skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Excellent creative judgment with strong multi-campaign project management abilities.Strong cross-functional collaboration, hands-on approach, and bias for action.
