The RoleWe are looking for a confident, creative and results-driven Growth & Brand Manager to drive brand awareness, generate leads and grow our customer base.Key ResponsibilitiesManage social media and digital marketing.Develop marketing and brand growth strategies.Generate new business leads and partnerships.Visit estates, property developers and property managers to promote the platform.Arrange client meetings, presentations and product demonstrations.Drive customer acquisition and business growth.Represent the company at meetings and networking events.Travel when required for approved business activities.RequirementsStrong communication and interpersonal skills.Experience in digital marketing and social media.Strong business development and networking skills.Confident engaging with decision-makers.Creative, proactive and target-driven.Willingness to conduct field marketing and travel.Real Estate, Property Management, PropTech or Technology experience is an advantage.Applicants based in Ibeju-Lekki, Lagos are preferred.Travel allowance will be provided for approved work-related travel.How to ApplyIf you are passionate about marketing, business development, brand growth and customer acquisition, we would like to hear from you.
