Brand Manager
BestaMed · Sofia, Sofia City, Bulgaria
Apply & track with Apply EdgeWe build healthcare brands with one ambition: to raise the standard. We believe that when you create products that become part of people's health and everyday lives, you have a responsibility to go deeper. That means looking beyond the label and standing behind the value every product delivers — committing to high standards and strong performance in everything we do, from how we develop our products to how we build our brands. We look for substantial innovation: solutions with the potential to challenge conventions and become real game changers in their categories.Today, Besta Med works across pharmaceuticals, medical devices and food supplements, in Bulgaria and internationally — a growing team of 100+ people building brands we're proud to put our name on.That's where Marketing plays a particularly important role: our brands don't exist only in presentations, campaigns or media plans — they become part of real people's lives. Building them requires more than good marketing - it requires curiosity, strategic thinking, creativity, and a genuine sense of responsibility for what you put into the world. If that sounds like the kind of brand you would like to build — we'd like to meet you. What we believe
- Comfort and growth rarely happen in the same room.
- Your greatest superpower is your attitude. You may not control every challenge that comes your way, but you always own what happens next — how you respond, what you learn and how you move forward.
- Motivation gets you started. Discipline keeps you moving. Real performance is built through consistency, ownership and the determination to keep raising the standard — especially when no one is watching.
- Character shows most when things don’t go according to plan. Good days are easy. It’s how you respond to setbacks, pressure and uncertainty that reveals the kind of professional — and teammate — you are.How we work
- How you do one thing is how you do everything - sloppy in the small stuff shows up in the big stuff eventually.
- Decisions move fast here. We'd rather act and adjust оn-the-go than wait for the perfect conditions.
- Don't wait to feel ready before asking a question or taking a shot at something. Readiness is usually a result of starting, not a condition for it.
- If someone finds a better way to do something, that becomes the new way. Nothing is set in stone just because it's always been done a certain way. We'd rather stay flexible and adaptable than attached to an old process.
- You don't rise to the occasion. You fall back on your habits and preparation. What you'll do
