Contract: 12 months (renewable)Employment: Outsourced through Manpower Middle EastAbout the RoleOur client, a global leader in the consumer health and personal care industry, is seeking a Brand Marketing Executive to join their Skin Health & Beauty Hub Marketing Team. As the Brand Manager, you will support the growth of the brand and its portfolios across the RAMET region, driving innovation, portfolio development, and excellence in campaign execution. The ideal candidate will bring strong brand marketing expertise, project management capabilities, and a passion for consumer insights and innovation.About the Requirements:Support the development and execution of regional brand strategies across the brand and its portfolios.Analyze market, category, and consumer trends to identify growth opportunities and support long-term portfolio planning.Drive innovation projects from concept to commercialization in collaboration with cross-functional stakeholders.Lead campaign deployment across RAMET markets, ensuring brand consistency while enabling local relevance.Partner with Ecommerce, Media, PR, Insights, Regulatory, Supply Chain, and Customer Development teams to deliver successful launches and activations.Monitor brand performance, key business KPIs, and launch results, providing actionable recommendations to support growth.About You:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related discipline.4-6 years of experience in Brand Marketing, FMCG, Consumer Health, Beauty, or Personal Care industries.Proven experience managing innovation projects and integrated marketing campaigns.Strong analytical, stakeholder management, communication, and project management skills.Experience within a regional marketing structure and exposure to multi-market environments is highly desirable.Job Scams Notice:Your Safety and Data Security Matter to UsManpower Middle East will never request payment, banking information, or any financial commitment as part of the recruitment process.
