Apply & track with Apply EdgeJob Purpose:To lead the development and execution of Barns’ brand strategy across all customer and market touchpoints, ensuring alignment with brand identity, business goals, and consumer insights. This role owns the full brand lifecycle from strategy to execution and oversees brand campaigns, partnerships, Customer Experience initiatives, competitor positioning, and team development to build long-term brand equity.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and oversee the execution of brand strategy, including positioning, identity, tone of voice, and visual direction.Plan and implement 360° integrated brand campaigns, including product and seasonal launches, partnerships, sponsorships, and cultural initiatives.Oversee CSR and partnership strategies to ensure brand alignment, positive reputation, and meaningful social impact.Guide competitor benchmarking efforts and convert market intelligence into brand positioning adjustments.Ensure consistency of brand messaging and creative assets across all channels.Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product Development, Operations, Digital, Customer Experience) to integrate brand messaging into all customer touchpoints.Lead and manage agency relationships for creative development, production, and campaign rollouts.Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistent application and clarity for all internal and external stakeholders.Monitor brand health KPIs (e.g., brand awareness, perception, equity) and prepare regular brand performance reports.Develop content strategy for brand storytelling, including campaigns, videos, internal brand stories, and customer engagement platforms.Manage the brand marketing calendar to align with national campaigns, business initiatives, and retail seasons.Collaborate with executive leadership to ensure brand priorities align with overall business objectives.Job RequirementsBachelor’s degree in marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field (Master’s preferred)Minimum 6–8 years in marketing leadership, preferably in F&B, retail, including strategic planning and team managementFluent in Arabic and English
