This role owns functional performance within their purview, translating business objectives into data-driven marketing initiatives that drive measurable impact.Reporting to the VP of Marketing, the Brand Marketing Manager leads a team of marketing professionals and external partners across brand marketing, public relations, events, and creative production. This role executes campaigns, optimizes performance, and ensures alignment across the mentioned touchpoints. This position requires the ability to analyze performance data, identify strategic opportunities, and confidently direct internal teams and external agencies toward outcomes that move the business forward.The Brand Marketing Manager transitions from execution oversight to strategic ownership, balancing analytical rigor with strong leadership and cross-functional influence.Responsibilities
