Brand Operations Manager – DubaiRole OverviewWe are looking for a Brand Operations Manager with strong apparel and fashion retail experience to manage the day-to-day execution of the brand across retail channels. The role will ensure that brand strategies are effectively translated into commercial and operational execution, while driving sales, improving store performance, maintaining brand standards, and coordinating cross-functional activities across merchandising, retail, marketing, supply chain, and operations.Key RequirementsBachelor's degree in Business, Fashion, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.5–8+ years of experience in apparel/fashion retail, brand operations, retail operations, or commercial management.Strong understanding of the apparel/fashion retail business and the full retail operating cycle.Experience working with Buying & Merchandising, Retail Operations, Marketing, VM, and Supply Chain teams.Strong commercial understanding with experience managing and interpreting sales and retail KPIs.Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive execution across functions.Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and project management skills.
