JOB DESCRIPTIONPersonal Brand Content Creator / Content Shadowing InternLocationDubai, UAEEngagement Dates2 December – 16 December 2026Engagement TypeContract Collaboration / InternshipCompensationStipend based internship with approved travel expenses coveredWorking StyleFull-time, highly hands-on About the OpportunityWe are looking for an ambitious, highly proactive and creative Content Creator who wants to gain direct experience in personal branding, business storytelling, documentary-style filming and high-volume short-form video production.The selected candidate will work closely with Shoraye, shadowing him throughout his schedule and capturing authentic behind-the-scenes content. This is a highly hands-on opportunity for someone who wants to learn by being inside the action rather than working from a traditional content-production desk.Key Responsibilities1. Full-Time Shadowing· Shadow Shoraye throughout his working schedule during the engagement period.· Be present during meetings, business activities, travel, events and relevant day-to-day activities.· Stay alert to identify moments that can become valuable content.· Take initiative and record content without requiring constant direction.2. Documentary-Style Content Capture· Act as a 'fly on the wall' and capture authentic behind-the-scenes footage.· Record business conversations, meetings, activities and spontaneous moments.· Capture natural, unscripted content in an Alex Hormozi-style documentary format.· Prioritise authentic storytelling over overly scripted content.3. High-Volume Content Production· Capture a substantial volume of raw footage throughout the day.· Work toward generating enough footage to potentially support up to 100 short-form content pieces per day.· Identify strong hooks, soundbites, stories and moments.· Assist with editing, clipping and repurposing footage into short-form videos.· Maintain an organised content library.4. Interviewing & Prompting· Proactively ask Shoraye engaging questions throughout the day.· Extract business insights, strategies, lessons, stories and experiences.· Identify opportunities for strong soundbites and educational content.· Prompt conversations naturally without making the content feel scripted.5. Video Editing· Edit short-form videos for Instagram, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and LinkedIn.· Turn longer conversations into multiple short-form clips.· Add captions, hooks, cuts and other relevant editing elements.· Work quickly while maintaining consistency with the personal brand.Ideal Candidate· Hungry to learn and gain real-world experience.· Passionate about branding, content creation and social media.· Highly proactive, energetic and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.· Naturally curious and comfortable asking questions.· Comfortable filming throughout the day and working closely with a founder.· Comfortable with short-form video editing.· Flexible with changing schedules and travel requirements.· Motivated by mentorship, learning and practical experience.Suitable Backgrounds· Content Creator / Videographer / Video Editor· Social Media or Personal Branding Intern· Film / Media student or recent graduate· Aspiring filmmaker or entrepreneur· Individual building their own personal brandPrior professional experience is not mandatory. A strong portfolio, creative mindset, curiosity and willingness to learn are more important.Skills· Basic video shooting and editing skills· Understanding of social media content· Good communication skills· Strong initiative and willingness to learn· Good to have: CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, Canva, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, TikTok and LinkedInMentorship & Learning OpportunityThe key value of this opportunity is direct exposure to Shoraye and hands-on mentorship. The candidate will learn personal branding, founder-led content creation, short-form content strategy, documentary-style storytelling, business storytelling, content ideation, interviewing, prompting and how business insights can be converted into compelling content.The candidate will learn by working alongside Shoraye and observing the process in real time.Location & AvailabilityThe candidate will be required to work full-time with Shoraye in Dubai from 2 December to 16 December 2026. The role is focused on direct shadowing, continuous content capture, interviewing, editing and high-volume short-form content production. Candidates must be able to meet all agreed travel and documentation requirements for the Dubai engagement.Candidates should confirm their availability for the complete engagement period before progressing to the interview stage.Important ExpectationsThis is not a conventional internship where tasks are assigned occasionally.
