Behavior StrategistAbout the RoleBreak Method is a behavioral intelligence company that helps clients understand and shift their behavioral patterns through personalized strategy sessions. We're hiring a Behavior Strategist to lead these one-on-one client calls: guiding them through structured conversations, and helping them apply insights to real changes in their behavior.You won't need a background in our specific methodology to succeed here. We provide full training on our call structure, give you verified client diagnostics ahead of each session, and recordings of live client calls so you can learn the approach before running sessions solo.This role is a great fit for someone with a foundation in behavioral or psychological work who wants consistent, structured client-facing hours without needing to build a caseload or manage the clinical/diagnostic side themselves.What You'll DoRun one-on-one client calls using diagnostic results we've already prepared for youGuide each call through a set structure, asking the right questions to help clients understand and apply their resultsUse our internal AI-assisted tools during every session to support call quality and consistencyLearn from recordings of client calls and training material.What You BringBackground or demonstrated interest in behavioral or psychological work (e.g. a licensed counselor, or someone pursuing a PhD or related credential in a relevant field)Comfort with the general vocabulary and concepts of behavioral work, even without formal training in our specific methodologyStrong listening and facilitation skills; ability to hold a structured conversation and adapt in the momentReliability and consistency; this role is about steady, high-quality execution across a volume of client calls

Location: RemoteEmployment Type & Compensation:Full-time (40 hrs/week): $55,000–$75,000/year, depending on experiencePart-time (20 hrs/week): $30,000–$40,000/year, depending on experience
