The role will also involve teaching, research, clinical trials, quality improvement, and participation in the development of specialized oncology services.MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIESProvides high-quality breast cancer care to patients.Provides expert consultation and management of complex breast cancer cases.Participates in multidisciplinary breast cancer tumor boards and treatment planning.Develops individualized treatment plans in accordance with current evidence-based guidelines and protocols.Provides consultative services as requested.Participates in clinical trials, research activities, and development of breast cancer treatment protocols.Actively participates in the training and teaching of residents, fellows, and junior medical staff.Supervises fellows, staff/assistant physicians, and residents as appropriate.Participates in quality improvement and patient safety initiatives.Contributes to the development and advancement of breast cancer services.Participates in committees and other administrative functions as needed.Follows all hospital-related policies and procedures.Performs other related duties as assigned.REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONSEducation & CertificationGraduate from a recognized medical school of good standing.Completion of required postgraduate training in Oncology / Breast Cancer or a relevant recognized specialty.Completion of appropriate breast cancer sub-specialty/fellowship training from a recognized center.American Board Certification or equivalent recognized qualification.UK: CCT (Certificate of Completion of Training) or CCST (Certificate of Completion of Specialty Training).Australia: FRACP (Fellow of the Royal Australasian College of Physicians), where applicable.A qualification recognized by the Saudi Commission for Health Specialties (SCFHS) is required.DataFlow verification is required.Professional ExperiencePreferred: Minimum 10 years of experience after completion of breast cancer sub-specialty training.Extensive experience in the diagnosis and management of breast cancer, including complex and advanced cases.Demonstrated experience working within multidisciplinary breast cancer teams.Experience with contemporary breast cancer treatment approaches and evidence-based clinical protocols.Experience in clinical research, clinical trials, publications, teaching, or academic activities is highly desirable.Experience contributing to service development, quality improvement, or clinical leadership is an advantage.Age below 58 years.LanguageProficiency in English.Arabic proficiency is preferred.ReferencesPositive professional references attesting to the candidate's clinical expertise, professional experience, leadership capabilities, and ethical conduct.
