Hiring: Brew Master – Coffee, Ice Cream & Next-Gen Beverages

Employment Type: Full-timeLooking for a creative and hands-on Brew Master with strong expertise in coffee, ice cream and beverage development, along with exposure to desserts and café food.

Key Responsibilities

Develop coffee, ice cream, shakes, frappés, cold coffees, floats and fusion beverages.Experiment with flavours, toppings, sauces and presentation.Conduct market visits, competitor benchmarking and beverage trend research.Strong knowledge of espresso, brewing, extraction, milk texturing and flavour balancing.Handle ice cream portioning, presentation and beverage applications.Support desserts and café food development.Conduct product trials, sensory evaluations and outlet testing.Standardize recipes, portion sizes, SOPs and training guides.Candidate Profile:3–4 years in Beverage R&D, QSR, café operations or culinary product development.Strong coffee/brewing fundamentals and commercial product development mindset.Degree/Diploma in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, Hotel Management or Food Technology preferred.Barista/Brew Master certification is a plus.Interested candidates can share their CV at palak@upraisal.net#Hiring #BrewMaster #Barista #BeverageR&D #CoffeeJobs #QSRJobs #CulinaryJobs #MumbaiJobs #FoodAndBeverage
