We are looking for someone who can combine financial thinking, system expertise, and a genuine passion for guiding others.You’ll partner with local government customers to design and implement practical system solutions, guiding them to confidently adopt Breeze and achieve long-term value.This role is about helping customers build best-practice financial planning and reporting frameworks that support annual planning, long-term planning, budgeting scenarios, and reporting.What You’ll Be DoingGuide customers through the implementation process, enabling them to configure and build their own financial models with confidenceWork closely with customers to understand their goals, asking insightful questions and translating their needs into practical system solutionsDesign and implement best-practice planning and reporting frameworks that support customer internal and external requirementsCoach and mentor users throughout implementation, ensuring they understand both the how and the whyFacilitate workshops and business process discussions to identify improvements and support informed decision-makingHelp customers understand how changes in one area of a financial model impact other areas, building confidence to manage ongoing updates independentlyDeliver practical, hands-on training that builds capability and supports long-term ownershipAct as a trusted advisor, providing guidance and constructive challenge to achieve the best outcomesCollaborate with Product and Development teams to resolve issues and improve system functionality and customer experienceEnsure solutions align with legislative requirements and industry best practiceManage multiple customer engagements, maintaining high levels of quality, responsiveness, and supportAbout YouYou’re naturally curious and quick to learn, with a strong ability to grasp complex concepts and connect the dots.
