Bridal Sales Specialist

ZUHAIR MURAD is currently seeking a highly motivated Bridal Sales Specialist, responsible for representing our company effectively by developing comprehensive knowledge of its offerings. This role requires maximizing sales through strong client relationships and a deep understanding of customer needs and lifestyles.

Responsibilities

Assists customers with their purchases and provides advice to assist in their decision-making process. Ensures that the boutique is always organized and ready to welcome clientsArranges the dress displays in the boutique.Coordinates with the Production Department regarding dress alterations requested by the clientConducts after sales, follow-ups and oversees fitting deliveries with local and foreign clients.Follows up on the delivery of dresses to local and international clients.Creates and submits reports on sales numbers and client walk-ins.Negotiates prices with clients and requests approval to provide discounts, if needed.Oversees the delivery of dresses to clients Manages the boutique's email account and responds to all inquiries.Any other tasks to be assigned by the Commercial Director and the management.Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize work.
• Team player with a proactive attitude.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or technical certificate plus a minimum of ten years of related experience
