Job Title: Bridges Interface Analyst II (or III)Location: Remote but must live in the US and be willing to travel when needed.Type: Full-timeSalary: up to $110k base for Lever II (3-5 years experience) or up to $120k for Level III (6+ years of experience) plus benefits, 401k, PTO, etc (Based on Experience)OverviewWe are seeking a skilled Bridges Interface Analyst II (or III depending on years of experience) to serve as the primary point of contact for assigned interfaces, leading both implementation and ongoing support efforts. This role is responsible for driving interface design, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring seamless data integration across systems.You will partner closely with project managers, application teams, technical teams, and third-party vendors to deliver high-quality interface solutions that meet business and end-user needs.What You’ll DoOwn the full lifecycle of interfaces, web services, and APIs (including FHIR), from analysis and design through implementation, go-live, and ongoing supportCollaborate with application teams, subject matter experts, and third-party vendors to gather requirements and configure interfacesTroubleshoot and resolve interface issues, including daily error triage and coordination across teamsProactively monitor live interfaces to ensure optimal performance and quickly address issuesCoordinate key implementation activities such as testing, builds, cutover planning, and go-live executionPartner with interface engine developers to define and implement data translation strategiesIdentify risks related to technical tasks and third-party systems and escalate as neededSupport ongoing application initiatives and interface enhancementsEnsure performance, scalability, and availability of applications and integrationsMaintain and support functional interfaces across systems and infrastructureAssist with planning, estimating, and designing integration components and customizationsDesign, develop, and maintain interfaces using the Cloverleaf HL7 engineSupport error handling in both Epic Bridges and Cloverleaf environmentsBuild strong relationships with end users and provide responsive, high-quality supportWhat You BringRequired Qualifications3+ years of Epic build and support experienceEpic Bridges CertificationExperience with healthcare integration messaging formats (HL7, FHIR, EDI, CSV, XML)Healthcare industry experienceStrong attention to detail with excellent communication and documentation skillsPreferred QualificationsExperience within the Laboratory or Diagnostics industryEducationBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Science, or equivalent work experienceCore CompetenciesStrong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skillsAbility to translate business requirements into technical solutionsComfortable working in complex environments with multiple stakeholdersStrong organizational skills, including task tracking and accountabilityAbility to lead coordination efforts and facilitate discussions across technical and non-technical teamsAdditional DetailsTravel: Up to 15% domestic travel; no international travel requiredWork Environment: Collaborative, cross-functional team setting
