Job Title: Broker Claims ExecutiveLocation: Doha, Qatar (On-site)Employment Type: Full-TimeAbout the RoleWe are looking for a dedicated Broker Claims Executive to join our insurance brokerage team in Doha. In this role, you will act as a vital advocate for our clients, guiding them seamlessly through the entire claims cycle and negotiating optimal settlements with insurance underwriters on their behalf.Key ResponsibilitiesClient Advocacy: Guide policyholders through the claims notification process, ensuring all documentation and loss details are correctly compiled and submitted.Underwriter Coordination: Liaise directly with insurance companies, surveyors, and loss adjusters to expedite claim settlements and resolve disputes.Policy Analysis: Review insurance policies and endorsements to interpret coverage terms and advocate effectively for client rights.Claims Management: Track and monitor the status of all active claims, maintaining an accurate database and providing regular updates to corporate and retail clients.Advisory Support: Advise clients on risk management, policy terms, and best practices for future claims prevention.Requirements & QualificationsMandatory Certification: Must hold a recognized Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) qualification (e.g., CII Claims or Certificate/Diploma in Insurance).Location: Must be currently residing inside Qatar with a transferable visa and valid QID.Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of hands-on claims handling experience, with a proven track record working within an insurance brokerage or a corporate commercial insurance environment.Technical Knowledge: Strong command of policy wordings, insurance law principles, and standard local Qatari insurance market practices.Software Proficiency: Advanced user of MS Office Suite and familiar with modern insurance brokerage management systems or CRM tools.Soft Skills & Language: Exceptional negotiation, conflict-resolution, and client-facing communication skills. fluency in English (written and spoken) is strictly required Arabic is a plus.
