Moreover, the jobholder is responsible for ensuring collection on time and maintain the overdue payments at minimum level.Key Accountabilities: Description• Open Sales deals and build good communication with Clients• Achieve Part Sales volume /Target• Manage Parts sales cycle using JSAP System• Ensure collection of cash and overdue payment.Key Accountabilities: Performance Indicators• # of field Visits• Sales Target• Ordering Lead time• Overdue payment ratioMajor Activities1. Collect wholesalers’ requirements and communicate to parts warehouse using JSAP system.2. Invoicing orders using SAP /ERP System following ordering process.3. Issue PDR Report (Parts Discrepancy Report) in case reported by the customer.4. Ensure and follow up on Parts delivery to the customer as planned.5. Coordinate with the Warehouse team in case of PDR and/or Late delivery.6. Collect the market pulse towards Parts campaign and advise management.7. Maintain customer satisfaction level.8.
