Brokerage Systems Product & Operations Manager

Unlok is a fintech company building next-generation trading and investment technology for global financial markets. Our platform combines financial data, AI-driven insights, and modern trading infrastructure.We are expanding our team to support new platform integrations and ongoing product development.Core ResponsibilitiesLead the selection, implementation, and ongoing management of brokerage technology platforms.Coordinate integrations among MT5, CRM, Sumsub, PSPs, liquidity providers, and back-office systems.Manage the end-to-end customer journey, including onboarding, KYC, account creation, deposits, trading, withdrawals, and reporting.Evaluate technology vendors, negotiate service requirements, and manage vendor relationships.Translate business requirements into technical specifications for internal engineers and external providers.Coordinate integration testing, UAT, production launches, and issue resolution.Establish operational workflows for brokerage administration, reconciliation, monitoring, and customer support.Required ExperienceExperience working at an FX/CFD brokerage, trading platform provider, or brokerage technology company.Working knowledge of MT5 administration and its surrounding technology ecosystem.Experience implementing brokerage CRM, KYC, payments, and back-office solutions.Strong vendor management, technical project management, and cross-functional coordination skills.Experience launching or operating a live brokerage trading platform.
