Budget & Planning Analyst - Leasing Business (Location: Minburi)

Job Responsibilities:Support the supervisor in preparing profit (P&L) and balance sheet (BS) projections based on sales and expense assumptions from related departmentsAnalyze financial performance variances, including Budget vs. Budget and Budget vs. ActualAssist in developing and executing funding strategies, including bank loans and bond financingPrepare monthly financial statements and provide in-depth financial analysis and insightsSupport budgeting, financial planning, and cost structure analysisCoordinate with internal teams to ensure alignment of financial assumptions and data accuracyPerform ad-hoc financial analysis and other assigned tasksQualifications:Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Accounting, Banking, Investment, or related fieldsExperience in financial planning, budgeting, or financial analysisKnowledge of hire-purchase or leasing business accounting is an advantageStrong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving skillsGood communication and coordination skillsAbility to work under pressure in a fast-paced environmentTeam player with flexibility and adaptabilityProficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel (advanced level) and PowerPointGood in both English (writing and speaking)Work location: Bangchan Industrial Estate (Minburi)
